The proposed design is a modern, contemporary single-family dwelling with a building area of 1,218-square-meter(13,110 sq.ft.), situated on a 1,891.07-square-meter corner lot in a lush gated community.  The home offers a dynamic visual experience for both motorists and pedestrians. As viewers move along the road’s curvature, the unique footprint of the design provides ever-changing perspectives.

At the entrance, a striking two-story curtain wall allows natural light to flood the space, creating transparency and a seamless transition between the interior and exterior, while securing the entry foyer. Upon entry, the captivating view of the great room immediately draws attention, framed by a 10-meter-high curtain wall. Beyond it, the pool, deck, lanai, and garden create a picturesque backdrop, all beneath a soaring roof of the same height. The residence features 7 bedrooms, plus a guest room, each with its own bathroom. The main living areas include a living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, and a grand great room.
